Your game account is initially bound to the device where it was installed. Guest accounts cannot be transferred.

To smoothly transfer your game to a new device, follow these steps:

Option 1: Bind Your Account Bind your game account to Facebook, email, or phone number (SMS).

Install the Jackpot World Casino app on the new device from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Log in on the new device using the same Facebook, email, or phone number to retrieve your game account.

Important: If you’re using a guest account, do not uninstall the app before binding it, as you may lose your progress. 

Option 2: Use Data Transfer Code and Password On your current device, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.

Find and select Data Transfer from the menu.

Set up a data transfer password.

On your new device, enter the transfer code and password to move your game.

Note: For security reasons, we discourage sharing your transfer password with others.
