Accept/Reject requests: Head of a union can accept or reject entry requests in the Chat page.

Remove members: Head of a union can remove any member from the union (tap on the member's name and tap the "REMOVE" button).

Appoint Union Head: Head of a union can appoint any member as the Head of the union (tap on the member's name and tap the "APPOINT" button). Once a new Head is appointed, the original Head will be an ordinary union member.
