Depending on the device you are using, many issues (including: loading, game crashing, ever spinning reels, jerky movements, missing game features, and account syncing) can be resolved in the following ways:

- If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on. Additionally, try not to play too far away from the signal source, as you may lose the WiFi signal.

Force stop the app
- Android
- Go to "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications"
- Select the Lotsa Slots app and tap "Force-Stop"
- Return to the Home screen and re-start the app
- Apple
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the list of recently used apps.
- Swipe the app upwards to close it.
Download the latest version of the Lotsa Slots app from the Google Play Store/App Store.
Restart your device.
If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app (*).
(*) Important: This step may cause your game progress to reset. Do not proceed with this step unless you have made sure that your game is backed up by Facebook connecting. Alternatively, you can also take a screenshot of your Main Lobby so we can see your balance, VIP status and game level.
