Screenshots are one of the most important and helpful items for resolving any issues you may have experienced while playing with us. Minor details that might seem unimportant can be useful clues for our engineering team.

The instructions provided below are based on the operating system that you are currently using.

Android (Universal Method)

• Press the POWER button at the same time as the VOLUME DOWN button.
• Or hold down the POWER button and select “Screenshot” when the option appears on your screen.  Be careful not to hit Restart or Power Off buttons if they appear.

iOS

• Press the HOME and POWER buttons at the same time.

PC

• The button to capture a screenshot may be labeled as "PrtScn", "PrntScrn", "Print Scr", or with a similar variation.
• Or use the keyboard shortcut: Windows key + Shift + S.
