I lost my game account
- If you were logged in with your Apple ID or Google Account, you should connect to the game with your Apple credentials or Google.
- If you were connected with your FaceBook account, you can simply login your Facebook profile that was connected to your game from before and re-launch the game. And then tap on the upper right corner in the in-game lobby - - Settings to link your game account again to the Facebook profile it was linked before. Doing these steps should retrieve your account and game progress.
However, if you were not Apple/Google/Facebook connected before and your account is not restored after reconnecting, please provide the following details
- Your last known level and balance
- Any purchase receipts
- Your previous Player ID
- Clan Name
- Country
I lost my FaceBook account/ My Facebook account was hacked
If you can not access to the Facebook account that was linked with the Lotsa Slots account, please contact Facebook Customer Support and try to recover your account.
I changed my device/ I lost my device
If you were connected with Apple/Google/Facebook and lost your device, please reinstall the app on your new device and log in with your credentials.
If not, please provide us more details of your account.
