Is your Lotsa Slots app connected to your Facebook account?
Are you playing on Android and wish you could play with the same account on your iPhone or iPad (or vice versa)?
If the answer to both these questions is YES – GOOD NEWS! You can totally do it :)
We have updated our system architecture to include the function to sync the same FB account across both iOS, Android (and Amazon) devices!
This means that as long as you are Facebook connected, you can play Lotsa Slots anywhere, anytime and on any of your devices.
HOWEVER - some players who tried to do this before we updated our system may have a problem enjoying the new update and will require some assistance, so here is our advice:
Go ahead and try it first by yourselves:
1. Download and open Lotsa Slots on the other platform (Android or iOS)
2. Connect to the same FB account that is connected to Lotsa Slots.
3. If you get the correct account (with the same level and balance you have on the original device) then everything is working correctly. CONGRATULATIONS!
4. If you’re NOT getting the correct account – contact customer support (click contact us in settings)
VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure to tell us which player ID you do NOT want to use as we will essentially DELETE it (for most players this will be the account with a much lower level, balance and other assets).
We will update you after we delete your unnecessary account, and then you can connect to FB again on the other platform and it should work properly.
