Here's how to troubleshoot this issue with sending or receiving gift from Facebook friends:

1. Go to your profile's Settings by clicking on the three-line button at the top-right of your lobby screen.
2. From your Settings, log out of your Facebook.
3. This will bring you to the welcome page which will give you option to log-in/continue with Facebook, Apple ID/ Google Play or play as Guest. Please choose, 'Continue with Facebook'.
