If you are making a purchase and see that it is taking unusually long time for the transaction to complete, there may be an issue between the data connection to the game and the payment server.
It also may be a result of an outdated version of the game.

Firstly, check your internet connection
  • Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G or LTE.
  • If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on. Additionally, try not to play too far away from the signal source, as you may lose the WiFi signal.

If you are sure your internet connection is strong and stable, and this issue with making a purchase persists, then it may be because the version game you have is outdated.
If this is the case, uninstall the game and install the latest version.

Important note: This step  may  cause your game progress to reset. Do not proceed with this step unless you have made sure that your game is backed up by Facebook connecting. Alternatively, you can also take a screenshot of your Main Lobby so we can see your balance, VIP status and game level.
