Most game crashing/freezing issues are a result of either poor connection or lack of resources (memory or storage). These issues can usually be fixed by:

ensuring you are playing on a strong WiFi connection;

freeing up device memory (by closing apps running in the background) and;

making sure you have plenty of available device storage by uninstalling apps that you no longer need.

You can also free up memory by removing or transferring videos and pictures from your device.
