While we do not currently provide phone support, our team can respond to requests submitted either in-game via the settings page or through our online FAQ. It is generally recommended to contact our support team through the in-game system as this will automatically pull your account's data, including your player ID, device information, and game version.
You can contact our Support team by pressing on the headset icon, which is located:
- On the Loading Screen
- On the bottom right of the Game inbox
- You can also chat with our Support team by clicking on the chat box icon in the FAQ pages, on the top right of the screen
- Or the "Chat with us" at the bottom of the FAQ main page
You can access the FAQs by selecting the "Contact us" option from the in-game menu, located at the top right of the game menu.
Because of the large amount of data each player's account can have, finding something a player is describing can be very difficult. Each player can have have thousands, or even tens of thousands of lines of data to look through, just from a single play session.
To help Customer Support locate what is being described, it's recommended to provide the following information when submitting a ticket; this way they can pinpoint more quickly and easily what is being described, and if needed pass that information along to other teams.
- A quick description of the issue
- The approximate time (timezone included) when it took place.
- The game or screen you were in when the issue was experienced.
- A description of any errors or messages you're receiving
- Any screenshots or videos of the issue

- the name of the slot or event
- the specific time when you met the problem
- detailed information about the problem
- attach the screenshot/screen recording if possible
- E.g. "My freespins in the Witchy Witch game froze in the 3rd freespin, and I don't get my freespins reward. It happened at about 11:00 AM today. Here is my screenshot."
If it is purchase related issue, please provide the screenshot of the purchase receipt from Apple/Google with the following information:
- Order date
- Order ID/Order number
- Document No.
- Item name
- Item price
- Type of currency (HK$/USD/EUR)
