As long as your account is backed up by connecting it to Facebook, Apple ID or Google, you will be able to transfer your account to a new device.
Using Google's and Apple's data transfer will generally not transfer your Jackpot Wins account information.
In order for us to back up your data correctly, you need to connect your game account to Facebook, Apple ID or Google.
If you had previously connected your app to one of these services, then all of your stats are saved and your account will restore itself when you login or reconnect.
However, if you had not connected your game account then all of the information is still on your old device (phone or tablet).
Player's game account is bound with the device where it's firstly installed. Guest account cannot be transferred.
If you want to transfer your game to a new device, it's highly recommended that you should bind your game with your Facebook account at first. After that, you can install Jackpot Wins app on the new device through App Store or Google Play Store, and log in with your Facebook to get back the original game account.
*Note: Please don't uninstall the app when your account is a guest account, bind your Facebook first, in case of losing your guest account.
