If your game account does not connect to your Facebook account, there could be several reasons:

  1. Incorrect login credentials: Double-check that you are using the correct Facebook login credentials. Make sure you are entering the correct email address and password associated with your Facebook account.
  2.  Privacy settings: Ensure that your Facebook privacy settings allow the game app to access your account information. If your privacy settings are too restrictive, it may prevent the game from binding to your Facebook account.
  3. Account already linked: It's possible that your game account is already linked to another Facebook account. Check if you have previously bound your game account to a different Facebook account, as you can only bind one game account to one Facebook account.
  4. Technical issues: Occasionally, there may be technical issues on either our app or Facebook's side that prevent the binding process. In such cases, it's best to reach out to the our customer support for further assistance.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Verify login credentials: Double-check that you are using the correct Facebook login credentials. Reset your Facebook password if necessary.
  2. Adjust privacy settings: Review your Facebook privacy settings and ensure that the game app has the necessary permissions to access your account information. You may need to adjust your settings to allow the game app to bind to your Facebook account.
  3. Unlink previous accounts: If you have previously linked your game account to a different Facebook account, you will need to unlink it before attempting to bind it to your current Facebook account. Look for an option within the game settings to unlink or log out of the current Facebook account.

If you are logged into the wrong Facebook or Apple ID you can recover your  account, simply connect your game to the same Facebook or Apple account you connected with previously. These steps should help you recover your account:

  • Sign out of Facebook or Apple in our app if logged in by tapping the gear in the top right, then DISCONNECT. If not logged in, skip this step.
  • Restart Jackpot Wins and use the Facebook or Apple icon to sign in again.
  • Login with the correct Facebook or Apple account.

If that does not work, please follow these steps as well for Facebook connected games:

  • For Facebook, make sure Jackpot Wins games are not blocked on Facebook. You can view these settings by going to this link: https://www.facebook.com/help/121070141307903
  • Log Out of Facebook in Jackpot Wins and any other SpinX Games Apps.
  • Clear the cache/data for any SpinX Games Apps on your device.
  • Log out of Facebook on any other apps on your device.
  • Uninstall the Facebook app.
  • Clear the cache/Data of the Facebook app on your device.
  • Make sure your default browser can accept cookies.
  • Clear the cache and cookies on your browser.
  • Open Jackpot Wins and log in via the correct Facebook account.

For iOS devices:

1. Open Facebook Settings (using the mobile app or website version).

2. Make sure you have allowed the use of Facebook to sign in to third-party sites and applications (Settings-> Apps and Websites-> tap on the Edit button in the Apps, Websites and Games section-> check if the setting is turned on).

3. For devices with iOS version below 14.0 reset your advertising identifier (go to device Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising -> Reset Advertising Identifier).

4. For devices with iOS version 14.0 and above, limit tracking requests (go to device Settings->Privacy->Tracking).

5. Uninstall the Facebook app from your device.

6. Open your browser -> open your Facebook account page -> log into your account.

7. Try to reconnect to Facebook in the game settings.

 

For Android devices:

1. Go to device Settings-> Accounts.

2. Tap Facebook -> Remove.

3. Open Facebook Settings (using the mobile app or website version).

4. Make sure you have allowed the use of Facebook to sign in to third-party sites and applications (Setting & Privacy-> Settings->Apps and Websites-> tap on the Edit button in the Apps, Websites and Games section-> check if the setting is turned on).

5. Remove the game from the list of applications on Facebook.

6. Restart your device, enter the game, and try to reconnect it to Facebook.
