There are occasions when some coin packages do not sync with game updates, so if you are unable to make a purchase and receive some sort of error message, take a screenshot of the message and send to our Support team with as much information as possible (including which package you were trying to purchase) and your User ID Number so we can assist you and investigate the individual package.
 
Additionally, as we do not actually process any transactions, we also advise you to contact Google Play or iTunes if your problem persists as they may be in a better position to assist you with making purchases through their platforms.
