Depending on the device you are using, many issues (including: loading, game crashing, ever spinning reels, jerky movements, missing game features, and account syncing) can be resolved in the following ways:

Check your Internet connection
  • Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 4G/5G or LTE.
  • If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on. Additionally, try not to play too far away from the signal source, as you may lose the WiFi signal.
Force stop the app
  1. Go to "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications"
  2. Select the Jackpot Wins app and tap "Force-Stop"
  3. Return to the Home screen and re-start the app
Restart your device 
 
Make sure you have the latest version of the Jackpot Wins app installed from the Google Play Store.   
 
Force stop unnecessary background apps
 
If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app (*)
(*) Important:  This step  may  cause your game progress to reset. Do not proceed with this step unless you have made sure that your game is backed up by Facebook connecting. Alternatively, you can also take a screenshot of your Main Lobby so we can see your balance, VIP status and game level.
