Depending on the device you are using, many issues including loading, game crashing, slow spinning, jerky movements, missing game features, and account syncing can be resolved in the following ways:
-Check your Internet connection and make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G or LTE.
-If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on. Additionally, try not to play too far away from the signal source, as you may lose the WiFi signal.
-Force stop and restart the app
-Restart your device
-Force stop unnecessary background apps.
If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app (*).
(*) Important: This may cause resetting your game progress. Do not proceed with this step unless you have made sure that your game is backed up by Facebook connecting. Alternatively, you can also remember your player id and take a screenshot of your Main Lobby so we can see your balance, VIP status and game level.
