If you made a purchase but didn't receive the items you bought, please try the following ways.
1. Please allow them a few minutes to go into your account because there might be high traffic on the payment platform.
2. If the items still didn't go into your account after a few minutes, please reboot the game. It sometimes take a it longer for Google Play server to synchronize the data and rebooting can help to complete the process.
3. If the above 2 steps did not help, please contact us and send us the receipt with order /TRANSACTION id and inform us which item you bought so that we can sort out the record for you.
