Game lag and slow loading are usually a result of the game receiving insufficient resources on your device. Both in terms of memory and bandwidth. We recommend referring to our general troubleshooting tips, but here are a few which can assist in optimizing your device resources and thus hopefully allow for more stability and better gameplay:
1. Ensure you're on a strong WiFi connection;
2. Ensure you have plenty of free space on your device;
3. Clean your device cache;
4. Close all non-essential apps which may be consuming device resources. It is generally advised that when you are playing the app, that you have only the Cash Club app running and no other programs.
