If you are experiencing crashing, lag, unresponsive controls, performance problems, or similar issues within the Android Version of Cash Club, please first try performing the following troubleshooting tips to resolve your issue.

Check your internet connection - Please make sure your device is connected through WIFI, 3G, 4G, or LTE. If on WIFI, Please check that your router is currently connected to the internet.

Close & restart the App - Many performance issues are resolved through restarting.

Force stop & restart the App - Force stopping will end all background processes and may be more effective if the issue still persists.

For lag issues - Try closing all non-essential apps that may be consuming device resources. If multiple apps are open in the background, it may cause your gameplay to lag.

Clearing the Cache & restart the App - This will remove all cached background processes that may be associated with the issue being experienced.
WARNING: DO NOT CLICK "CLEAR APP DATA" without first having your account synced to Facebook. Doing so may risk losing your account information.
