If you are experiencing crashing, lag, unresponsive controls, performance problems, or similar issues within the iOS version of Cash Club, please first try performing the following troubleshooting tips to resolve your issue.
Primary Checks

Check your internet connection - Please make sure your device is connected through WIFI, 3G, 4G, or LTE. If on WIFI, Please check that your router is currently connected to the internet.

Close & restart the App - Many performance issues are resolved through restarting.

For lag issues or crashing issues: Try closing all non-essential apps that may be consuming device resources. If multiple apps are open in the device background, it may cause your gameplay to lag or slow performance.
Additional Troubleshooting:
For more serious performance issues; it may be advised to try and clear the storage data of the Cash Club App. For Apple users, please use the following steps

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap General

Tap iPhone Storage.
- Scroll through the list of apps until you find Cash Club

Two options will be presented on the screen. Offload App and Delete App
By Selecting Offload App, Cash Club storage information will be removed. However, by retapping the App Icon on your Home Screen, the game will redownload and your previous data will be saved.
By selecting Delete App, Cash Club and all storage, data, documents, and information will be fully deleted and all data will be removed.
Warning: It is highly advised you first connect & sync your account data to Facebook prior to steps above, otherwise you may risk losing your account data.
