My purchase was not added [iOS, App Store]
Most players in Cash Club will receive their purchased items immediately after the transaction is processed. However, in rare cases the delivery of items can be delayed due to security settings or processing delays.
If you've successfully made a purchase transaction through The App Store / iTunes and have not received your items, please first attempt to close and restart the Cash Club app to make sure the purchase items have still not arrived.
If the issue still persists:
Please first sign into your App Store / iTunes account to confirm the status of your purchase. It may have been canceled by Apple. If this is the case, you will need to contact with Apple support to ensure your information is correct.
If the payment went through successfully and you've still not received your items after restarting the Cash Club App. Contact our support with the following information:

If the payment went through successfully and you've still not received your items after restarting the Cash Club App. Contact our support with the following information:
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt from Apple.
- The date & time of your purchase.
- The purchase amount for the problematic transaction.
- What was the item you purchased.
To locate your Apple Payment Receipts:
- Open the Settings App
- Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap "View Apple ID". You might be asked to sign in.
- Scroll to Purchase History and tap it
- Find the item, then tap Total Billed.
Note: Apple may send a receipt to your email. If not received, you can resend by following the above steps and tapping "Resend". We need to know the approximate time of purchase, date of purchase, and purchase amount to most efficiently handle your payment issue query.
Additionally, Apple payments are occasionally "bundled" for multiple transactions, and you may need to locate the information for your payment issue via the bundled receipt. For example: If the order had multiple items, you can open the individual purchase details by tapping on the ">" icon. If the purchase is still pending, you will not be able to open the individual purchase details until it has been finalized.
