Q1: What are the event dates?
The event runs from April 28, 2025 to May 19, 2025 (EST).
After the event ends, no points will be recorded and rewards can no longer be redeemed.
Q2: How do I earn points?
All players can participate. Points are earned by completing:
- Daily Missions (reset daily at 5:00 EST)
- Special Missions (refresh upon completion)
Q3: What can I redeem with points?
Players can redeem points in the Event Shop for:
- Exclusive 8th Anniversary merch (limited quantity)
- In-game items (stamps, coins, jades, etc.)
*Note:
Each item requires a different number of points
Merch can only be redeemed once per account
Q4: How are rewards delivered?
- In-game Rewards:
Sent directly to your in-game mailbox once redeemed. - Physical Merchandise:
Only 600 total items available – first come, first served
After redeeming, you must fill out a shipping form with accurate delivery info
Items will be shipped within 5 business days of form submission
If the form is not submitted within 14 days after the event, the reward will be forfeited
Q5: Can points or rewards be transferred?
No. Points and rewards are non-transferable and non-tradable.
Q6: Anything else I should know?
Using cheats or exploiting the event will lead to disqualification and penalties
Physical merch is only available for players in the United States
If a non-US player attempts to redeem physical merch, it will be automatically replaced with an in-game item of equal value
