Q1: When does the event take place?
The event runs from April 28, 2025 to May 19, 2025 (EST).
After the event ends, no points will be tracked, and rewards can no longer be claimed.

Q2: How do I join or create a team?
You can either:

• Join an existing team
• Create your own team

Each team can have up to 5 members.
Once you’ve joined or created a team, you cannot leave or switch during the event.

Q3: How do teams earn points and rewards?

• Each member earns personal points by completing specific missions
• Your personal points are added to your team’s total score, spend your personal points after you join a team or successfully create a team will not be registered.
• Once your team reaches certain point milestones, everyone on the team unlocks rewards

Q4: Can teams get bonus points?
Yes! Inviting certain players earns your team bonus points:

• +100 Points for each new player
• +200 Points for each returning player

*Note:
New Player: Registered within 7 days before or during the event
Returning Player: Level 100+ & inactive for over 7 days

Q5: How are rewards delivered?
All earned rewards will be sent directly to each player’s in-game mailbox.
Only teams that reach the required point thresholds will receive rewards.

Q6: When is team-up not allowed?
You may be blocked from joining if:

• The team is already full (5 members)
• You’re in a team with 2 or more members already, which makes you ineligible to join another team
