Here's how to troubleshoot this issue with sending or receiving gift from Facebook friends:

  • Click on the three-line button located at the top-right corner of your lobby screen-Settings
  • From your Settings, log out of your Facebook.
  • This will bring you to the welcome page which will give you option to log-in/continue with Facebook, Apple ID/ Google Play or play as Guest. Please choose, 'Continue with Facebook'.
